Quest Line Bug

First of all, on the epic quest line, Morrok Wallinder has the quest mark above his head, however, whenever I click on his name, it does not give a quest it just gives the option to "Leave Conversation". The coordinates that he is at are 47.2, 26.6. Please help, thanks. ALSO as a Mage/Warden my Eleven Amulet is bugged as well as the elite skill I get later.. Thanks

Did you go back and talk to palinar (next to the new instance standning next to stairs on left). Once you talk to him the quest opens up.

Panilor is no longer by the staircase near the new instance, that is why I was wondering if something was wrong and/or if the quest line is bugged.
