[Wrong Format] siege war broken again?

there are four stages...

I registered, waited, then proceeded to login after 8:00, about 8:05 and it was already over. The siege war screen said it was in ending mode which it should have been in starting mode and ending mode begining at 9:00. This is a bug.

so I did it again today. I was logged in prior to starting time when the clock was exactly 4:00 pm I could enter. I was at miller's ranch and had one more egg to pick up so I closed the interface got the egg then went back to enter battle and it said it was already over If you do not click enter within 60 seconds of the event starting it will kick you from event.
