A couple of my items vanished!

I was transferring some production runes from my bank to my backpack. Because of a problem with my internet signal, it froze for a minute but then the items appeared in my backpack. When I went to transfer them to a friend's inventory, they were gone! They weren't in my bank either! The items disappeared! PLEASE HELP!
