Problem is that it might actually be boosting magical light damage, so it does work for k/m which had light based attacks previously.
Most of the "new" light damage knights get is physical light damage. To make matters worse, that physical light damage gets flat out resisted in pvp and seems to be heavily reliant on accuracy for it to not be resisted.
I get far more resists on w/k or k/w than I do on r/k. I can't quite say for p/k or k/p in pvp as much but pve uses I've never seen it get resisted.
A real sysadmin knows how to change the time.
If you make the same mistake while trying to make up for the previous one, you are doing something wrong.
