Battleline on the brink

Hi guys

This is part of the main questline in Chrystalia, but when you go on to the battlefield Capt. Richardson is lying dead kissing the ground and their are no kultech vanguards to be killed, so now there is no other quests to do except for dailies, been like this for days now. We can only get to level 74 then stuck on dailies until this bug get fixed. I opened a ticket on this issue, but still no reply

Wait for the weekly reset and get to that zone quickly. There are a number of reasons this area buggs out that have been talked about in the past. Simple solution is get there quick after a server reset. Also if you have not tried this yet change channels. Sometimes you get lucky and not every channel is bugged yet.

With all zones now having only one channel it seems this quest will be forever stuck for me. On reni server and I cant complete this quest. I got the first three parts but the last part, assist gessart wont complete at all.
