server save log ins

I sent in a ticket about a month ago and got no results. I got replies and tried there suggestions. To no avail.
A few complaints later still no reply.. why is that?

Well I can answer that lol... One they only have one person working as their support team. Second they don't give a damn. Third who cares as long as they get their money from players noob nuff to play this game lol.
