[Not a Bug] Planting Seeds lvl 40-60 missing

Title: Planting Seeds lvl 40-60 missing.

Description: no planting merchant has planting seeds of any type between the lvl range of 40 to 60. seeds below lvl 40 and above lvl 60 are available but not for the lvls in between.

did you try the lv 60 planting guy and say I want to see what you have for sale? I believe there are two options now and the first has all the lower seeds.
