log in problem

I'm not sure if this is a bug or something more serious but tonight I was playing and the game crashed then I went to log back in and after I put in my user name and password and clicked my server it went straight to character selection and it didn't ask for my secondary password. I was suspicious so I exited the game and came here but I haven't seen anything like this in the posts so i'm posting this. It has happened to me before but when I exit the game and come back in it asks for my secondary password, but if I log in immediately from a crash I have to exit and log back in for the game to ask me. Is it a bug or is it more serious. I'm concerned about it cause it's never happened to me before but now it has happened to me twice. what if anything should I do?

If you are playing on an account, crash and relog to that same account, the game will not ask you for your secondary password until after a short time has passed. This is why you are able to switch character without having to re-enter your password too.
