With +0 forest guidance and +0 efficiency guidance, 2 focus was restored.

with +20 forest guidance and +0 efficiency guidance, 13 focus restored.

20/20 13 focus

20 forest and 50 efficiency 13 (same as a +20 efficiency)

50/50 30 restored.

Definitely based on s/wd 70 elite forest guidance. Nice find. So if you don't have the 70 elite at all, or its not upgraded, your s/d elite is useless. If you are lucky enough to be a s/d/wd then you can make use of it by maxing Forest Guidance on s/wd

so this problem was fixed or was it the "bug" described in the patch notes, as they are separate "fixes"? the patch notes describe a "fix" that is 1) a nerf and 2) not related to this issue.

the bug in the patchnotes appeared after the first fix of this skill (this version wasn't live).

The only change you can see, is the fix of the bug described in post 20+21.

I will have to test then, but last I checked, efficiency guidance always went off with VA, not devour blood(so u got EG every 10 sec, and DB every 40 sec, independent of each other), so if it now has a 40 sec internal CD with devour blood, then it has been nerfed by a good bit.

30 focus every 40 sec = 3/4 focus/sec.
2 focus every 10 sec = 1/5 focus/sec.
both are laughably low rates, even if one is 4x the other.

30 focus every 10 sec = 3 focus/sec would actually make it worthwhile.

however, it is nice that the actual regen rate was fixed.

- the skill was useless cause of the laughably low focus/rage/energy gain it provided
- the skill got fixed today to provide a respectable focus/rage/energy gain at a laughably low CD of 40 secs
- now make the skill useful from both sides (keep focus gain, shorten cd at 10sec) so that the skill becomes really useful from an individual and supportive point of view

- no s/d cares for 30 focus every 40secs
- no class cares that a s/d in party can provide 30 energy/rage/focus every 40secs
- i know alot of rogues, warlocks, warriors that would really appreciate a "free-skill" every 10secs sponsored by a s/d in party
