This (the instances problem) was also bumped up, multiple times, but we are not IT department.

As for this special with the backpack ticket: I'm pretty sure the offer was actually online, since I went to AU to check the price for it. But given the maintenance hours I suspect you guys had not more than 1h for it, less if it actually ended before 10pm your time. I must have come online 5-10minutes after the maintenance ended which would be around 9pm your time.
Nontheless, those of you from Thalia who actually wanted to buy the tickets and could not and still want them - please open a ticket on Support about it, we'll see what we can do.
