[Bugreport Template]New Area Quest

Hello,
Not sure this is where this post goes but the Quest in the new area "Beautiful Wildflowers" dosn't show up. I completed the quest then went to turn it in to NPC Jero Wespo and he was no longer there. I dropped it so I can pick it up again and still the NPC is not there. Is it bugged
