Runes of Magic US / AU

Title: Quest: "A Test of Wisdom" can't be completed.

Description: I killed the Staff Steelguard mob and got the quest "A Test of Wisdom" showing as complete in my quest book and I have the Proof of the Staff Test in my backpack. When I go to Akko Spiderhead to turn it in, he has a yellow checkmark above his head to show it is complete. However upon clicking on him to complete the quest, nothing happens.

I already tried:
- Switching channels
- Logging off/on.
- Cancelling the quest and trying it again.

Other items of note:
- Akko Spderhead currently has two quest options that can be selected (if I don't have this quest completed in my quest book): 1) "The Test in the Ruins" 2) "Living Research Objects" I don't know if these are somehow not letting me turn it in. Although I tried to activate them as well before hand and the same problem occurs.
- I already killed the "Axe Steelguard" and "Blade Steelguard" mobs and was able to turn those test quests in to Akko, but not this test quest. Why not?
- I have no other quests active in this latest zone.
- Had this problem prior to today's maintenance and still have the problem afterwards it seems.

You can complete the quest by doing the public quests. Just hand in main quest before the public ones.

I'm not following. In order to even activate the public quest versions to appear you need to finish the normal one first (those that only give you exp/tp). I can't complete the normal one, but it seems others can.

I tried one more thing that seemed to work:
- I renamed my addons folder and restarted the client.

Not sure which addon is screwing this up and more confusing is why the other two test quests worked fine. Anywho, feel free to resolve this thread and put in the non-bug section.
