A good portion of your problem is this:
---------------
Display Devices
---------------
Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family
Manufacturer: Intel Corporation
Chip type: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family
DAC type: Internal
Device Key: Enum\PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0116&SUBSYS_05041025&REV_09
Display Memory: 2695 MB
Dedicated Memory: 977 MB
Shared Memory: 1717 MB
You have a video chipset which isn't really very good for gaming. Intel will argue this, but they're full of wishful thinking.
While you do have close to 1GB of dedicated VRAM, the Intel Chipset is designed to "borrow" as much of your system RAM as it can. And it does. The problem here is that the more system RAM it borrows so it can render graphics, the less system RAM you have available for running applications.
The RoM client needs approximately 2GB of system RAM. With all the other applications you may have running in the background, along with the system RAM required by Windows, you're simply running out of RAM and resources.
There's no easy and sure fix for this. What you CAN do is once you're in game, reduce all of your game video settings to the minimums, or close to the minimums. Uncheck (disable) ALL of the special effects. Then save the settings and relog.
This will not eliminate crashes, but it should help to mitigate them.
