Possible bug on Item Shop Wheel of Fortune

Title: Wheel of Fortune

Description: spend 19 diamonds and spin the wheel for prizes

Version: current

Server: Artemis

Screenshot(s): none

After spinning the wheel multiple times for the "prize" I was really interested in, I found I had acquired 4 1-day magic perfumes. They did not stack and disappeared from inventory before ever using them, expiring in 24 hours like the description states.

Should the timer on these have started before using them or after the first use? If the former, can I have my 4X19 diamonds back?

Unfortunately, because they don't come in a package, they're just like the ones in the item shop, in that the timer starts as soon as they are received.

it always worked like that, they need to put those in a package on that wheel to make it fair. If you get magic perfume do not turn that wheel until the other one expires or they all will at the same time ;-(.

The timer starts when they are received. Unfortunately they are not in a package or a bag but we've passed on the suggestion accordingly for them to be placed into a bag. It would have to happen during a maintenance, if it does.

In the meantime, if you feel the need, you may plead to support for reimbursement of the perfumes that disappeared because of expiration. Of course it's always up to support if reimbursement is possible. I could probably tell you without getting myself in too much trouble that if you lost only 1, probably not. If you lost 6, they'd probably be a bit more willing to work with you.

Already filed support ticket per private message suggestion of GM. @Aqua.. it was 4 of them. If they cannot refund the dias, hopefully they will offer 4 pet XP



well at least I got 1 of them back in a package form. Mighty expensive 1-day perfume though..
