To upload the screenshots, I have to convert them to .jpg from their default .bmp . Another option you could do is attach the picture in the actual message by uploading it to a free image sharing website such as imgur.com and then clicking the picture symbol and copying the picture's url. (In imgur, to get the picture's url, you need to click the picture, then copy the url making sure that there is nothing after the .jpg (or something similar to that).)
