[fixed] The Ceremony of the Hunt (ID: 426829)

Title: NPC Lester Piri that initiates the quest "The Ceremony of the Hunt" is missing

Description: I have done all the quests in Sialoca Basin zone except for the "Ceremony of the Hunt" (ID: 426829). The NPC that starts the quest at (52.6,45.4) is missing. I have done the pre-quest that is required to initiate it (that is the preceeding quest "Fortune for the Brave"). The issue seems to not affect my character only, since other ppl in my server have same problem, with this missing NPC.

From what I gather, the npc was having some issues, so they haven't put him in yet. He'll be back once he has some sense knocked into him.
