Can only be used when HP is less than 65%. The following 3 Dark Energy Strikes cause double the damage. Also restores 2.0% HP.

Does not double the damage of Dark Energy Strike

Actually, I did some testing of that, myself, Bakken. While it doesn't double the damage, it casts the attack twice for the cost of 1. However, the second one does not go off if the first one killed the target. It's the same deal with the magical hits on Rune Siphon and Dark Energy Strike where they won't hit if the physical hit killed the mob first.
