Title:Hall of Water Portal

Description: the portal for Hall of water is no where to be seen. nor any of the trash mobs for farming a key. not sure if missing a step or just bugged. confirmation of said issue(?) would be appreciated :3

I think this is a known issue for certain servers and if you mention to GM's on IRC they "should" be able to open it.

Hall of Water should be available now, we restarted the Temple system ~20mins ago.
