Mr. Duran quest in north janost forest

Title: Mr. Duran

Description: The quest is to give an NPC named Mr. Duran some wine, but Mr. Duran has disappeared. This quest is in the Tempest Thieves' Den area of North Janost Forest.

The maintenance fixed it, at least temporarily, as Mr. Duran has reappeared and I was able to complete the quest.

Cool.

I deliberately didn't post anything yesterday as I didn't want to get your hopes up, but I figured the maintenance might give Kargath the necessary nudge to pull him back into our universe so he isn't skiving off in another one.
