[fixed] Three seals quest, morrock questline (Pirate Island)

Title: three seals quest

Description: this quest ( and likely the 3 that interact with it -"the southwest seal" "the Northern Seal "and "the Hulu Seal") require that we find 3 seals. I have used the game info, questhelper, http://board.eu.runesofmagic.gameforge.com, other guildies and I have rt clicked on the given item "snake blood essence" everywhere, but I CANNOT find any of the 3 seals. No they are not at the questgiver as one helper suggested, nor at the 3 given coordinates given in all info, nor within a large distance of each one. PLEASE assist,

if I may suggest, when I first heard this I thought, those are quests, so I googled after checking the welton and I found

Three seals quest

Oh yes , I have gone to those 3 locations repeatedly over 4 days , with those 3 further quests, then without, then accompanied by guildies, but no seals appear anywhere- no sparklies, no nothing, and have roamed far from the 3 coordinates , in case the cords were wrong.

I have been aware of the above information all that time , its of no help.

But thank you .

As a special added bonus, a large chunk of Hortek depends on the unlocks that come from the next few quests in Pirate Island that follow Three Seals.

So, since we cannot get past Three Seals we cannot do much of Hortek.

Any word as to when this may be fixed?? It is kinda important.

As this post pointed out, you can contact support and have the fix done for you to be able to complete the quest.

Keep in mind that we cannot fix while your character is online.

Or you can wait for the fix. It has been forwarded to the developer and they've acknowledged that a fix needs to be done, but nothing as of yet. I have no timeline as to when the fix might be coming.
