[not a bug] snoop in aotulia volcano

Title: broken snoop transporter

Description: Snoop offers no transport to any locations. At the least it should send us back to Silverspring Varanas.

Typically Snoop will only send you to the zone immediately neighboring, when exploring with the quest line. Logar -> Varanas and from Varanas you can go to Silverfall, Ravenfell, Logar or the Green Tower. However, the Snoop in Varanas does offer you the option to Dimarka (AV). But you can't go the other way.

You however can go from Dimarka -> Green Tower, which I was able to do just now, so I don't think this is a bug. Please make sure you have opened the transport portal in Green Tower, this I believe is the only teleport from AV.
