Guild bank vault

Title:Guild bank access resets access

Description:Guild bank vault access to guildies resets every maintenance sine the merge, guild leader has to reset the values on every pages in there, can we get a fix on this please

There are no better server than Reni, best place to be!!!!!

Hi Zidlef,

I saw the discussions on IRC about this, thanks for making a formal topic.

Obviously you're in Disturbed on Mithras. It would be helpful to start compiling a list of all the guilds and their servers that this occurs on, so we can see if there is a trend ("all guilds created in a certain timeframe", "all guilds that had to rename after the merge", "all guilds that are level > X", "all guilds that came from not Artemis or Govinda", etc).

So...in helping us, please give us the following information, so that it will help the sysadmins that have to diagnose the issue:

Our guild leader was changed at the same time as the merge. New guild leader can not change permissions at all. So everyone is permanently locked out of getting anything from the vault.

The other detail that is probably relevant is time of loss. We seem to have it happen around maint, although I am not 100% sure that there is a certain "works right before maint, fails right after maint" pattern. Might be a false lead.
-- Rustyx --- 92R / 92S / 92M on Reni (Guild KnightShift). Yes, running the new FOTM R/M, cause I am not elf enough to be WD/S.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.

Didn't have to rename after merge.

guild is lvl 5.

Guild was on govinda before merge.

5 vault pages, atm.
-Failed attempt of trying to put a picture in here cause I don't know how to-

ROM's one and only pure stam/pdef stated tank

REACHED 13.57M PDEF ON 29/09/2016, NO SIGIL, HAIDON, ZODIAC OR RELATIONSHIP BUFF.

Retired until mages are buffed or melee's are nerfed

This issue occurred first appeared after the first merge maintenance. I checked again after the second merge of Erebos and found same issue.
Now once again after this past regular maintenance.
