Zone = Merdin Tundra
Mainline quest = (Clash of Good and Evil) - Rescue Operation
NPC = Jelorya (cords 39.5,41.7)

After you pick up the quest , when you try to start the cut scene , the npc is BUSY (have tryed to restart client and picking up the quest a couple times)
