No buffed mobs/ no bag stats

Title:no buffed mobs/no bag stats

Description:I've been through the entire zone, before and after the hotfix. There are no buffed mobs to be seen anywhere. Also, no matter how many mobs I kill, I haven't seen a single Mysterious Bag drop. Seeing as every zone has had buffed mobs and mysterious bags since Tergothen bay, surely this must be a bug, mistake, or they simply forgot to add that part into the code.
Please address this soon :3

This should be fixed since 6.5.6.2777 (for Zone 33 - Moorlands of Farsitan, where it was broken)
