Bug Reports Section Management

Dear players,

In addition to the Community Manager's statement I have a few extra things to note.

- Apart from posting new bug reports, feel free to bring up old bugs as well if you feel they require attention.
- We would like to emphasize that the Template must be used at all times, otherwise we will not be able to take care of the report.
- Should you come across any exploits or bugs unsuitable for a public report, then feel free to send them to me in a private message.

We are looking forward to your reports. Thank you for your understanding and your cooperation.
