Quest giver Arlofled has no quest when talking to him, and you can't click on the "emergine pile of dirt" either that's part of the quest (obviously, since you can't pick up a quest

This is not bugged.

The quest is a hidden one and you need to do the prequest Secret in the Bag.

Well I fail. Guess I was reading the wrong cliff notes.
