Title: Champion/Warlock lvl 25 Elite: Psychic Forge

Description: The lvl 25 champ/lock elite, Psychic Forge modifies the Champ primary skill Forge. It changes forge to increase both focus and rage upon every white hit and allows Forge to stack 7 times, however, Forge reads the amount it increases for both rage and focus as "(Buff_Dot" followed by numbers. Also, Psychic Forge decreases the amount of physical attack each stack of Forge increases your physical attack by. However, Psychic Forge does not mention any kind of decrease to the patk gained from Forge.
