Rogue [Blind Spot Bleed] broken

Title: Rogue blind spot bleed is broken

Description: The blind spot bleed used to overwrite shadowstab bleed, which was good. This is no longer the case. The bleed from blind spot will not appear if the rogue's shadowstab bleed is still on the target.

Might not be broken and they finally made it to work like it was intended to be. Just like they did with all the speed buffs and other skills. I had many skills that were broken on Knight class for 4 years and finally got them fixed.

yet really all other bleeds overwrite. iirc, even SA overwrites SS...heck, even SS overwrites itself.

so either they only fixed a minuscule part of the problem, or they broke 1 skill.

Seeing that shadowstab bleed still overwrites blind spot bleed leads me to believe that this is not the case.

interesting topic to discuss what should the bleed be doing?


coming from the one rogue that uses sneak attack and blind spot more than anyone ...... and tries really hard not to use shadowstab unless I have to this would be my ideal solution

if whatever bleed you have on the boss has more bleed time left currently on the boss then whatever new bleed your adding it should not override! but it does (at least when using sneak and blind dunno about SS). nothing is more annoying then having a nice 30s bleed still having like 20s left on it get overridden by a fresh blind spot hit. I can say that when I have a sneak attack bleed on the boss and I come back with a blind spot that my sneak attack bleed gets overridden by blind. since I barely use SS I don't know for sure what the effect is but I may experiment on it to see. On the flipside to this however its very nice that my sneak attack bleed does override my blind spot bleed ( though I have memories in the past of this NOT happening so was probably fixed at one point) since my sneak attack bleed is superior.

votes for a optimal bleed replacement algorithm!! don't override unless it improves the bleed duration. even if it means that the better "bleed" (as in which one draws more blood) get canceled out

I fully support daniel's proposal.


alternative solution: have SA, SS, and BS simply reapply whatever the current bleed is on the target, and only apply their own bleed if there is none.

alternative solution #2: keep the priority list(fin on eu side explained it nicely), but simply rearrange the skills. SA > BS > SS

alternative solution #3: have all rogue bleeds function independently of each other(no overwriting/canceling). WA still has a 3 hit max.
