Warden's ToSH ItemSetSkill bugged?

Title:Warden TOSH ISS Skill

Description: Multiple times every day i have to go to ISS menu and unequip tosh iss skill, and re equip skill to be able to summon my pets faster, seems to either break... or bug out in certain situations though i dont know when or why, im assuming it may have been caused when iss skill glitching was fixed it broke others as well as common ISS skills.
Heron let me know if i wrote any incorrectly. thx

Another warden chiming in to echo what Cerb stated. Its become a daily re-equip of the ToSH ISS to speed up the warden pet casting. Kind of annoying that its becoming habit to do when I log in, instead of having it....ya know.....work properly as it should.

lol i woke up this morning, grabbed my coffee... popped on forums.. clicked on whats new since last login... and i see warden tosh ISS bugged... by... me...
and instantly i thought to myself... i dont remember doing that... was i drunk? what did i do last night? lmao yea ill swap it around heron

Yeah I have the same thing on mine, some instances when you enter the speed to summon just randomly bugs out and it goes really slow, you have to unequip and reequp for the speed to be fast again.

Warden/Warrior ISS 'Binding Contract'

Title: ISS Binding Contract

Description: This ISS Stops working after a few times summoning your warden pet. Probably the same for other ISSs to, but I use this a lot so I notice it. I have to remove the ISS and reload it. Usualy many times per session if raiding/dying. As for when this started all I can say is a few patches ago. Like many I am lazy to report bugs.

before a gm comes online to tell you you filled out entire bug form wrong like they usually do... there are already is a post about this from a while back with all information greens may need.
Glad its getting reposted, maybe it will get fixed someday.... lol

So im reopening this it was fixed for a while but now its doing it again, and who knows if other iss are doing it too but be good to check into to make sure others arent either. have to reset iss skills like daily.

It is not nearly as often as daily (more like every couple months), but I had other ISS acting same way.

For me I've noticed that it stops working when you go past the maximum buff limit (40). Sounds really strange cause it's supposed to be passive but I mean it's RoM so it's within the realm of possibility.

Actually, many effects, this one included, are actually invisible buffs. I'm sure they don't "actively" count toward the 40 buff limit, but once you know that there are hidden "buffs", your comment makes a lot of sense.

Think of it this way: You have a list of items, and these items are seperated into 2 baskets. One basket you let your guests see when they visit, the other you keep hidden -- but all items are still apart of the list, and modification of the list could include items in both baskets.
