Rogue/Warlock elites broken pt.1

Title:
The elite skills "Ghostly Strike" and "Soul Stab" can be parried
Description:
The elite skills mentioned above are magic based but are somehow able to be parried. I have tested these skills multiple times in PVE and against other players and both skills can be parried(bug) AND resisted(not a bug).
Version: 6.2.2.2733.en
