WD/M Elite Not Working As Intended?

title: Broken WD/M 35 Elite Skill

class: Warden/Mage

description: Spiritual Feedback Level 35 Elite: Enhances the power of your Oak Walker. When your skill delivers a critical hit, the attack power of the Oak Walker's Sepal Stab will be greatly enhanced.
From the description of the elite skill, it seems to imply that sepal stab would hit harder on wd/m than on other warden classes. However from my tests there is no damage difference between the oak walker casting sepal stab on wd/w or wd/m.

Hmmm I decided to check this out tonight and got the same results on Govinda server.

Compared wd/m oak walker sepal to wd/w and even after (me)critting the wd/m oak walker does the same flat amount of damage.
