Champions not getting chain drive to proc non shield form

Title: champions skill "chain drive".

Description: I've noticed while playing champion that in shield form, chain drive will proc almost every white hit. Now when your not in shield form or in disassembly mode it will proc only 30-40% chance per white hit. Not sure if it's a bug or if it is just how it works. But if it worked the same for anymode it would help me out alot.

Just make a macro to take you out of Shield Form to cast Rune Pulse (off Chain Drive) and then put you back in ;D. Though, it is about a 1/5 chance when not in Shield Form and about 1/2 chance when in Shield Form.
