R/CH 40 Elite Skill

Title: Mechanism Activation Spike only gives 5 second buff

Description: Mechanism Activation Spike gives you a 5 second buff that causes your next normal attack to deal additional damage. However, the damage of neither normal rogue skills nor white attacks do additional damage or even procs an extra hit.
