Rogue/Warden 70 Elite Skill "Group Panic"

Title:Rogue/Warden 70 Elite Skill "Group Panic"

Description: Description says that Group Panic "Makes your emotional obstruction cause an addition reduction of physical and magic damage." But it does no physical damage reduction, only magical. The original skill "Emotional Obstruction" says it reduces the Magical damage of the target. But the 70 elite states it does physical damage reduction, so can it be that the skill is possibly bugged?
