Divine Incarnation

Title: Divine Incarnation - Priest/Knight elite skill.

Description: This skill is supposed to increase heals by 15%, yet it's barely increasing my heals by 5%. Without divine incarnation and no buffs whatsoever on myself or the target, my urgent heal is critically hitting for 67-69K. With divine incarnation and again no other buffs at all, my urgent heal crits for 70-72K. So divine incarnation is increasing my heals by a mere 3K even though it should be more like 9K, should it not?

Similarly, group heal with no buffs of any kind is 199K average; group heal with divine incarnation is 209K average. Again this is a mere 5% increase instead of a 15% which it's supposed to be. This skill doesn't seem to be working properly.

Does the 15% come at the end of the calculation, or it is added to your 35% passive?

Lets assume the healing mechanics here are exact: http://board.eu.runesofmagic.gameforge.c…threadID=462988
[MagicPower] x (CastTime) x (ReceivedHeals) x [(Wisdom x 0.3 + mDamage x 0.5) x (IncreasedHealing) + HPI] + (SkillHeal x Received Heals x IncreasedHealing)

Swapping out IncreasedHealing = 1.35 for IncreasedHealing = 1.5 comes out to a approximately a 5% difference.

Thank you you are probably right. I suppose this might be another case of a misleading tooltip description. But the description of the skill is "effective heals increased by 15%" so it should be the healing output that we actually see.

From what I remember (never played healer, so this is possibly outdated) that elite skill existed before HPIP were a thing on gear and does not affect the healing increase gotten through those.

OK, so then that means this skill is really really bugged!
