WR/K skills Shield of Discipline & Group Taunt on same cd.

For some reason the WR/K skills Shield of Discipline & Group Taunt are sharing the same cd whichever skill you hit 1st. If I hit Shield of Discipline, it goes onto a 60 sec cd as well as Group Taunt. If I hit Group Taunt, it puts Shield of Discipline on a 5 minute cd.

I reported it way back in 2013

W/K broken skills?

I am sure it is top of their list by now, so another 18months or so.
