Knight ISS Honorable Fighter Not Working as Intended

Version 6.5.2.2761

Title:Honorable fighter skill not working as indedned

Description:The Knight's Item Set Skill "Honorable Fighter" reads "Permanently Reduces all Received Magical Damage by 10%." It however is not permanent. Upon dueling, dying, and or switching Zones, the 10% damage reduction is lost even though the skill is still equipped. The skill must then be unequipped and re-equipped for the effect to take place again, but as I said the effect is lost once you duel, die, or change zones making so you constantly have to unequip/re-equip this skill
