Dreadlord of the Thirteen Circles Quest

Title:Quest Name " DreadLord of the Thirteen Circles"

Description:Go to bethomia and Defeat Fayleod. This is the boss that once you get to 20% he runs away, well he has 9.7 mil HP on EZ mode, and just sniped him for 15 million. And he still only went to 20% and walked away from me like a boss. Not fair lol.
So is this quest 100% impossible? or am i missing something?

It's been bugged since day one :D also seems they fixed bosses that you could one shot to bypass tactics, hit jenny on easymode tosh other night for 5x her HP but tactics still came. So I'd assume support is your only option here.
