i want to report a glitch

Title: my character is dwharfy ( I am playing on the osha server)

Description: when running the 4pm pdt happy digging event I was only able to dig 3 out of the 5 circles.

it would either not let me dig at all or if I did dig, it would not complete (It would not say anything, usually if you don't get a drop it says that there was nothing to pickup but it would not even give this message
