Vanishing Mr. Pumpkin

Title: Mr. Pumpkin needs some help.

Description: Announcement scrolled that Mr. Pumpkin needed help at FA. Mr. Pumpkin appeared at FA. I received the gift box from Mr. Pumpkin. I took it to Mrs. Pumpkin and then returned for my reward. Mr. Pumpkin had disappeared from FA. Gone from both channels. Guildmates trying to do the event were also unable to find Mr. Pumpkin anywhere.

Tried again 2 hours later. Appeared as normal and was able to finish the quest. Watched him for awhile to see if he would vanish again... was still there when I left. Hopefully that one time was a fluke.

He only waits at FA for a limited amount of time.

Please try again. This is not a case of missing the window when he's up... unless is window is only 30 secs long.

I was waiting for him at FA. When the message scrolled and he appeared, I immediately started the event, went to the lake to find Mrs. Pumpkin, and immediately returned. The whole process between him appearing at FA and me returning for my reward was no more than a minute tops.

I had lvl 9 Stables buff and Galloping Pot for the entire trip. The only way I could have been faster is if I had marked both spots and used transports. This clearly a bug since all the other times I have done this event there was no issue.
