[reported]Mobs no longer spawning in Jungle of Hortek

Title: Mobs no longer spawning in Jungle of Hortek

Description: Mobs who fight the NPCs in Jungle of Hortek at the co-ords of 50/48 can stop spawning after a few days and will only respawn after a maintenance.
