Guild join timer is not 24 hours?

Guild join timer is not 24 hours?

Description:
It seems that the cool down when you leave a guild and then rejoin to another is 36 hours? It certainly is not 24 hours which I had thought was the cool down time.

I left a guild on 2/22/15 before 8:30pm EST(5:30pm PST) it is now 2/23/15 11:15pm EST(8:15pm PST) and I cannot join a guild still. I get a message that I left guild at 02:20

Maybe it's as bafflingly random as the daily quest reset timers are nowadays? I've given up trying to predict when those occur on Thalia.

I left guild at ~930pm est on saturday night. I couldn't come back at 12am on monday morning. Hasn't been "24" hours.

I'm pretty sure the US servers only have teh zalk world boss issue. Spawns once a week. If spawned and not killed after a maint, it will never respawn.

Multiple people have reported guildjoin times of longer than 24 hours to me. We're looking into it.
