Runes of Magic US / AU

I have no issue to get blend or activate runes at all on Reni, just gotta find the right spot to farm and you get tons. Or you can get it from friends on the server ;-).

But do you farm them in Salioca Basin? Or in a lower level area with your alts?

I farmed 3 stacks of blend runes in an hour on my alt in Yatra labyrinth. I think it was revives corridor or whatever the lv 38 area is called

Well if you're not willing to farm runes in a place where they drop in a number high enough for reasonably valuable farming, then I don't know what you're expecting.

That one castle instance that nobody ever ran has really good blend rune drops.

In summary, or something like it, I believe people are saying if you want tons of production runes it's best to farm with alts. Main reason being your main is generally going to be maxed and the difference between production drops from being over the mob level compared to being 5 levels under is tremendous. I use 5 because I believe there is a slight drop off at 4 levels below, but as an example, 5 levels under, in a place like Land of Malevolence, with increased drop rate but tremendous amount isn't necessary, you can with ease get 1000 to 1200 blend runes in one hour. I am not exaggerating, and I manually loot all my drops, so it's very conceivable to get higher than that.

On the production rune drop rate in Salioca Basin in comparison to other regions I have no opinion.

Guys, this is a bugreport. For example, if the common ISS skill that opens a portal to Osalon is bugged, it goes in a report regardless of whether it's pointless to use the ISS. While the suggestions are interesting, they have no bearing on the possibility of this being a bug.

If Forsaken suspects that the drop rate is much much lower in this region than in previous regions, then it bears looking into. This would also possibly affect the droprate of bag stats that folks are so hungry for.

I'd be interested in knowing approx how many items drop per amount of farming on servers other than reni, and with how much droprate boost.

I can say there is no problem with Frost Runes dropping from the Joja Pango mobs even at character level 90 (since I farm them for dailies). Runes in general are not 'borked' in this zone. When going through quests in Salioca Basin, some mobs did drop blend runes, but I don't recall which (been a while). Now, as to if those mobs drop a 'normal' amount of them...I won't be able to tell without trying to farm some myself. I've noticed from time to time in different zones that some mobs just don't drop many runes at all. Now, if that is by design or error, I don't know. If on the error side, then we have more then just this zone to complain about..

One Question:
Which level did you have when farming and which level had the enemies.
Last time as i did (-> mobs 5 level higher than me), i got around 2000 runes (Blend Runes) in 2-3 hours.
Other runes are +- the same.
