Thorned Tiger Ray Mount not Auto Moving to Target?

Title: Thorned Tiger Ray Mount Will Not Move to NPC's while on

Description: With Click to Move on, whenever I click on an NPC to move to it while aboard the Thorned Tiger Ray Mount, I stop a second after telling it to move to the npc without touching anything after selecting the NPC. When on a different mount, this does not happen.

EDIT: When selecting a specific point to move to, it does move as intended.
