Spirit of Tempest height time has been shifted

edit:
It seems the case is actually just a shifted event time, which has made it harder for many people I know to be able to do the event
I have updated the title accordingly
also strangely enough the first day after the patch the event announcement did pop up at the original time (10PM EDT)

Description: So on September 23rd at the 10PM Eastern time for Siege and Tempest Height to start, the harpies did not spawn and the event appears to be stuck at that point before the harpies spawn as today, the 24th, the message for the event to begin did not pop up at the usual 2PM eastern.
With the harpies not spawning the event instance cannot be opened

I think the first 2PM one right after the patch worked (for Artemis) as I think I remember seeing the announcement for when harpies are killed at that time, but that's it

A guild member was able to participate in the early morning hours, seems like the clock is off for when it starts.

just started at midnight server time.



round 16, got hit for over 70k. all normal mobs with 1kk-8kk+ hp. Didnt get to finish with 3 of us there.

Seems they removed tp runes and megaphones from the packages, atleast not got one yet from over 200 of them, way to kill one of the last f2p aspects of rom...

i ran mine at 3am, and got four megaphones (i know cause i used the last one for a worldshout for help) transportrunes, homesweet homes and convient mailboxes and marking ink and it was the 'new' temptest version cause i only got to round 5 (i have been reaching last round since lv70)

Honestly, I think it's still a bug as it used to be at 2pm (11:00 server time) and 10pm (19:00 server time) and starting at midnight makes it very difficult for most players to utilize it.

Was has midnight server time. Loot sample:

from a few hundred mysterious chests: (lv I to XX)
all rewards scale to level of monster that dropped the chest (mats, ammunition, armour/weapons, herbs)
mats drop in 10 stacks (both normal and special ore/wood/herbs)
green/blue gear
100 stacks of arrows/knives
lot fewer random hm/mp pots

if you have noticed, siege has been starting about four minutes early too, we mention'd it to the GMs but nothing so far.....

nah I was paying attention to the time, it started at usual 4 minutes before the hour, but ended 10 mins before the next hour (aka 2:56AM-3:50AM EDT)
