PvP merchants in Obsidian Stronghold

Title: PvP Plate and Cloth merchants in Mercenary Square are bugged

Description: the plate and cloth merchants have seem to decided they no longer like their gear so they swapped. plate vendor now sells cloth gear and cloth vendor now sells plate gear
