Registering at Thunderhoof Hills Snoop not saving

Title: Registering at Thunderhoof Hills Snoop not saving

Description: I've talked to the snoop in Thunderhoof Hills several times to register my transport there, but every time, when I come back the next day, the registering is lost and I still cannot port to thunderhoof from Southern Janost Forest, and I have to go back and click on snoop to register again.
