Fountain of Talent not working

Title:Fountain of Talent broken?

Description: I've tried with different characters but right-clicking Fountain of Talent does nothing.

Just checking if you get it right:
After you wear Fountain of Talent, you have to kill some mobs giving you XP/TP. This charges the Fountain - you can see this in the tooltip or in ui.

Once the amulet is fully charged you can right-click on it, this will give you an orb in your backpack. Using it will give you a small amount of extra TP.

So my guess is that either you have not "charged" the amulet by killing mobs, or if your amulet is fully charged you are probably trying to left-click instead of right-clicking on it?
