[Vale of Rites] Second Boss resets randomly

Title: [Vale of Rites] Second Boss resets randomly

Description: The first time you kill the second boss, the boss respawns back to half health, then you have to kill him again and he permanently dies. However, after killing him the first time, the boss completely reset and just went back to full health. Tank did not die, so does not seem to be related to the issue where boss resets when tank dies. So we killed him again, and he just reset back to full HP again...

Not sure what causes it, but it happened last week too, and pretty much requires a full instance reset.
