New proof item

Title: Link for new proof set is broken

Description: [Brazen Symbol of the Dying Sea] cape from proof vendor, you are able to link it into chat but the link cannot be clicked by yourself or others.

Have only tested this cape unknown to me if the others are the same.

did you try without any addons? usually its an addon that breaks ingame links.

I did not, however the link wasn't working for anyone else who pulled them either it seems, so if thats the case it is likely a very common addon as some are

Does the link work from the original "you obtained" message? or does this not work also? could just be that the item link is completely broken.
